Market Research & Talent Intelligence Develop a deep understanding of industries, competitors, and organizational structures to support executive search strategy. Conduct comprehensive research on companies, executives, and talent markets using internal and external tools. Build talent maps, target company lists, and competitor landscapes aligned to search objectives. Track executive movements, market trends, organizational changes, and proactively sharing insights with stakeholders. Synthesize complex data into clear, structured, and client-ready insights and narratives. Executive Search Execution Support the full lifecycle of executive search engagements from intake through candidate presentation. Participate in intake/kickoff meetings and contribute to search strategy development. Produce high-quality candidate profiles, briefing materials, and evaluation summaries. Partner with leaders to manage pipelines, track candidates, and ensure data integrity. Assist in identifying and assessing high-potential executive talent. Insights, Analytics & Deliverables Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses to track search pipeline health, search progress, and market trends. Create presentations and search strategy documents for internal clients. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that inform decision-making. Project Management & Collaboration Manage multiple concurrent searches and deadlines with strong attention to detail and organization. Anticipate next steps and proactively drive work forward with minimal direction. Collaborate across HR and business teams to align search strategies and deliverables. Contribute to process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within Executive Recruitment. Scheduling and handling of logistics/travel for candidates involved in various processes. Ideal Experience & Attributes Strong intellectual curiosity about talent, leadership, and market dynamics. Advanced research, analytical, and synthesis capabilities. Ability to tell a compelling story through data and insights. Professional presence and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders. Self-directed, proactive, and resourceful with an ownership mindset. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related fields preferred). 1–3 years of experience in executive search, consulting, professional services, recruiting, or market research. Preference towards experience with the Big 5 (Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds, Egon Zehnder & Korn Ferry). If a recent college graduate, strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership or extracurricular involvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with research tools/databases (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Capital IQ, Board. Ex, etc.) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
