We are seeking dependable and self-motivated General Laborers to join our team in Wharton, TX. This position involves a variety of tasks, both indoors and outdoors, to support our plant operations. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing manual labor and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:Outdoor Cleanup:Assist with general cleanup of the facility grounds, including but not limited to debris removal, sweeping, and organizing. Maintain a clean and safe outdoor work environment. Perform general housekeeping tasks around equipment, such as wiping down surfaces and removing debris. Indoor Painting:Paint equipment and facility interiors as directed, ensuring a neat and professional finish. Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning and sanding. General Labor Duties:Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Work well independently and as part of a team. Qualifications:Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Previous general labor experience is a plus, but not required. Reliable transportation to and from Wharton, TX.
