Cultivate, influence, and secure critical account renewals while continuously enhancing customer trust. Execute all phases of the renewal process, including account reviews, quote creation, and strategic negotiations to close accounts on time. Partner and collaborate with internal resources such as Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and Legal to develop data-driven strategies. Monitor at-risk accounts early on, uncover hidden roadblocks, and develop proactive action plans to minimize churn. Essential Skills & Experience. Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experienceOne to three years of experience in customer support, service management, accounts receivable, or sales. Proven success in managing customer relationships and interacting with cross-functional groups or C-level executives. Solid fundamental project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Bonus Points For:Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent years of experience working within an Enterprise software company. Experience working with software solutions within the construction industry. Direct familiarity with order processing, quoting, billing, and contracts using Salesforce. As a salary non-exempt employee, you must log your hours by clocking in and out and you will also qualify for overtime compensation at 1.5 times your hourly rate for any time worked beyond 40 hours in a single week.
