Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking an Overnight Cook who shares a passion for excellence and brings dedication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to every dish. In this role, you will support overnight culinary operations by preparing high-quality food for both guests and employees, ensuring consistency, safety, and adherence to Four Seasons standards. This position works independently during overnight hours and plays a vital role in maintaining the flow and readiness of kitchen operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes, portioning, and presentation standards Execute prep work and advance preparation to support upcoming service periods while avoiding overproduction Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use Follow proper food handling procedures, including labeling, dating, storage, and temperature control Monitor inventory levels, assist with freezer pulls, and communicate potential shortages Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times Assist with prep work for subsequent shifts and support overall kitchen readiness Work independently while maintaining Four Seasons standards and contributing to a collaborative team environment WHAT TO BRING Minimum 2 years of culinary or related experience, with strong foundational cooking skills Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience preferred Proficiency in knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment and techniques Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an overnight setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding kitchen work Must be able to obtain required Tuberculosis Clearance (TB) Weekend and holiday availability required Must possess legal work authorization in the United States JOIN OUR ‘OHANA & ENJOY OUR AMAZING
