The Receptionist will be the essential first point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff—providing a warm, professional welcome and exceptional customer service. Beyond managing front desk operations, this role plays a vital part in supporting multiple dealership functions, including event coordination, scheduling, CSI and volume tracking, safety training coordination, and internal playbook scoring. Your work directly impacts the dealership’s efficiency, safety culture, and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: ?Manage the dealership’s main phone line, professionally answering and routing calls promptly. Greet customers and visitors warmly and direct them appropriately to enhance their experience. Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication to relevant personnel. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times. Coordinate dealership events and assist with scheduling as needed. Support Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and sales/service volume tracking efforts through data compilation and reporting. Compile and maintain dealership playbook scoring and assist with process documentation. Coordinate safety training schedules and track completion to support regulatory compliance. Assist various departments with administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Manage incoming mail, packages, and general dealership communications. Serve as a Connect Ambassador by facilitating positive internal and external communications. Qualifications. Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, ideally in an automotive or customer-facing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize competing demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic data entry. Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service orientation. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license. Preferred Qualifications:Experience coordinating events or scheduling in a busy work environment. Familiarity with dealership CSI processes and safety training requirements. Ability to work independently and take initiative to support multiple teams.
