The Coordinator 1 – Intervention coordinates activities of the Rti/ Interventions leader’s office to support effective coordination and collaboration. Provides support to the Rti/ Interventions, Section 504, and HB 1416through collecting information, communicating with stakeholders, and gathering feedback from customers on the impact of the Rti/ Interventions work. Executes special projects that have significant operational or organizational impact. Supports administrative staff. This positions reports directly to the C 2. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Regularly visits schools to gather stakeholder feedback on the impact of interventions and needs .. Monitor district and campus data to identify initiatives and special projects of high priority aligned to the department and the district goals. 3. Work closely with campuses liaisons/coordinators to assess specific needs and deliver tailored support to enhance the implementation of intervention plans and Section 504 service plans. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED 4. Supports department projects and progress monitoring activities, implementing district and departmental procedures for campus to support with meeting compliance .. Develops virtual and in-person presentations incorporating information from various departments to support the advancement of departmental initiatives .. Develops and manages a unified calendar of weekly, monthly, and annual activities .. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. EDUCATION - Bachelor’s degree; Master degree preferred. - Applicants who do not meet these education qualifications may be considered if they have a unique combination of education and work experiences that indicate potential for success in this role. WORK EXPERIENCE - At least 3 years working in the district/central office of a large urban school district - Applicants who do not meet these work experience qualifications may be considered if they have a unique combination of education and work experiences that indicate potential for success in this role. SKILL AND/ OR REQUIRED LICENSING/ CERTIFICATION - Microsoft Office.
