Facilitates and implements all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Participates in projects to implement new system functionality, optimize processes, increase efficiency, or otherwise enhance our talent acquisition capabilities. Guides HR business partners and business leaders regarding relevant metrics and trends, and uses data to drive recruiting strategy as appropriate. Participates in professional networking groups, job fairs and other recruiting events. Works to streamline and improve the process of recruiting for active and passive candidates. Ensures data integrity and legal compliance throughout the recruiting process. Other duties as assigned. Education/ Years of Experience:Required: High school diploma or GED; a minimum five (5) years’ related experience, including prior recruiting experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; minimum seven (7) years’ related experience.
