The Senior Tax Accountant will be required to participate in tax compliance, audit management, and tax planning in a multi-national and multi-jurisdictional environment. Review federal, state, and international tax returns prepared by third parties and prepare other tax filings completed in-house. Participate in the quarterly and year-end tax provisions and tax account balance reconciliations of the international subsidiaries. Maintain tax depreciation, control logs of deliverables, and compliance requirements (transaction, property and/or income taxes, and other informational reporting). Participate in the income tax concepts of non-US subsidiaries in tax examination inquiries. Research sophisticated federal, state, and international tax issues across a broad range of taxes. Skills needed to be successful in this role: Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Excellent multi-tasking skills, time management, and efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in relevant fields: accounting, business administration, economics, finance. 4 years of tax experience. Proven experience with Microsoft Suite; especially MS Excel (intermediate to advanced). Experience in multinational and sophisticated structures, and fast-paced environments. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Preferred Qualifications: CPA license. Oracle, Hyperion, Workiva Track Record. Experience in international tax concepts, inbound, outbound, and non-US. Experience in the consumer products industry.
