The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Site Director and other facility leaders, including human resources for the fulfillment center in Allentown, PA. - - Responsibilities: - - Welcomes new associates to Radial by presenting New Hire Orientation, including Safety Training Serves as a point-of-contact for new associates for the pre- and new-hire process (i.e., drug screening, I 9, and other onboarding documents), for general questions, and/or provides direction for appropriate resources (benefit enrollment, general policies, and procedures, etc.) Responsible for leading the planning and organizing the Activities Committee and coordinating small- and large-scale activities such as employee events, meals for small working lunches and up to larger events, interdepartmental and staff meetings, customer visits, etc. while partnering with management. Coordinates all employee recognition and reward programs. Ensure communication boards and Reach TV is updated with current information. Responsible for maintaining various reports, assists with developing presentations, creating forms, templates, and other documents. Point of Contact/ Liaison for contracted agencies. May be required to perform e. Time duties. Responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining inventory for the site and site support. Responsible for creating and processing PO’s for the site, which may also include support functions. May be required to perform other duties as assigned. - - Qualifications: - - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Comfortable in front of groups and frequently interacting with employees. Ability to become familiar with Radial policies and procedures and able to communicate them appropriately. Self-motivated, energetic, have a positive attitude, and willing to help others. Excellent communication and organization skills Multi-tasking with ease in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible, as hours/days are subject to change and may change frequently throughout Peak times Travel: This position is not remote. Travel is not required.
