The following is a description of the position duties: Develops and teaches introductory and advanced graduate-level courses in Christian Theology; designs and implementscomprehensive curricula by incorporating a variety of theological perspectives and multi-religious frameworks to preparestudents for Christian ministry in global contexts; supervises student academic research, theses, and professional publications;delivers instruction through multiple modalities, including in-person, remote, and hybrid environments; leads specializedseminars in theological studies; manages administrative academic functions, including the coordination of examinationprotocols, evaluations, and student registration processes; maintains a standard instructional load of at least 12 credit hours peracademic year, distributed across Fall, January terms, Spring, and summer terms; utilizes advanced scholarly knowledge to equipstudents for Christian ministry across a range of denominational and cultural settings.
