Assesses clinic workflows, identifies gaps, defines necessary changes, and develops workflows for new solutions or functionality at a regional level. Shares application tips with clinicians and staff to improve efficiency and guides best practices. Assists with application personalization for unique department scenarios. Collaborates with clinics, leadership, end users, vendors, and associates to ensure effective and efficient system functions and workflows. Represents clinical perspectives on system implementation issues. Coordinates with the training team for education on new applications or functionality and conducts various training sessions.
