Litigation Advocate: Handle complex real estate disputes, property disagreements, and commercial landlord-tenant matters across Pennsylvania state and federal courts, as well as administrative forums. Transactional Advisor: Draft, review, and finalize commercial purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing structures, easements, and related transactional instruments. Due Diligence & Closing Management: Oversee title examinations, survey reviews, and comprehensive due-diligence processes smoothly through to closing. Regulatory Compliance: Advise a diverse portfolio of clients on zoning laws, land use regulations, compliance requirements, and strategic risk allocation. Leadership & Growth: Supervise and mentor junior associates, foster enduring client relationships, and actively contribute to the firm's ongoing business development initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Juris Doctor (J. D.) degree from an accredited law school. Bar Admission: Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or imminent admission via reciprocity). Experience: While the firm welcomes candidates with a minimum of 4 years of combined experience, our ideal candidate will ideally bring 8 years of dedicated real estate practice to immediately step into a senior-level capacity. Skillset: Proven track record in the courtroom coupled with strong negotiation skills, precise legal drafting, and exceptional client-facing communication.
