Propel Schools is seeking an Assistant Middle School Track Coach for the 26-27 season starting this spring: Propel Braddock Hills Middle School Propel East Propel Hazelwood Propel Montour Middle School Propel Homestead Successful candidates will have: Prior high school, middle school, and/or youth track coaching experience Preferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior middle school coaching experience, & USATF certification Responsibility for assembling coaching staff Must possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport Responsibility for supporting the Middle School's track program with the head coach, athletic director and other coaching staff High level of personal organization and planning Strong communication and relationship building skills Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development A commitment to the Propel Habits Season Information: The 2026-2027 Middle School Track Season is scheduled to begin in and is anticipated to begin in April and conclude in May, although the season may end earlier/later depending on if the team participates in postseason. This position includes a seasonal stipend of $1,000. Please note that the stipend will be prorated for coaches who begin after the official start of the season.
