Installation Support. Assist experienced installers with HVAC system installations and replacements. Ductwork — installing, modifying, sealing, and supporting duct systems in attics/crawl spaces. Prep job sites, organize tools, and help maintain a safe, clean work area. Assist with moving, staging, and loading/unloading equipment and materials. Warehouse & Parts Support. Pull parts and materials for daily jobs. Restock and organize inventory. Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming installations. Pick up and deliver parts to job sites or vendors as needed. General Responsibilities. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle. Communicate with dispatch to stay on schedule. Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE - Provide professional, respectful customer interaction Requirements Requirements. HVAC and installing duct work experience a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record per company policy Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying temperatures.
