Shipping & Receiving/ Technician Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible Extension Position Summary The Lab Technician II will support the Innovation Center through shipping & receiving, laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, wastewater monitoring, and technical support activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented candidate who is eager to learn and grow in a technical environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, package tracking, and equipment shipments. Maintain logistics records and assist with equipment transfers between facilities. Support wastewater treatment operations, monitor CO tank levels, and maintain related records. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, ingredient updates, and repairs on cafeand showcase dispensers. Assist with installation, decommissioning, and plumbing of dispenser equipment. Learn to troubleshoot dispenser systems and provide basic technical support. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to work independently and learn quickly. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working in a hands-on laboratory and technical environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in a technical field preferred. Experience in shipping & receiving, equipment maintenance, or beverage/food manufacturing environments is a plus. Basic mechanical or technical aptitude.
