Tooling & Setup: Install, align, and lock specify dies, punches, and fixtures securely onto machine beds using hand tools and gauges.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Quality Control: Inspect completed metal workpieces for defects (e.g., burrs, chips, or marred surfaces). Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify parts conform strictly to specifications.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Process Monitoring: Monitor press operations continuously, troubleshoot minor mechanical variances, and adjust machine speeds or feeds as necessary.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Material Handling: Position, align, and secure raw material rolls or blanks onto the machine manually or using hoists/cranes.\n\t\n\t\n\t.
