You will be the Senior Quality Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for delivering world-class missile and fire-control systems that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. What You Will Be Doing. As the Senior Quality Engineer you will be responsible for applying rigorous quality principles across design, production, and sustainment while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collaborating with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality-related issues. Leading product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective-preventive actions. Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, including statistical analysis of non-conforming material. Developing and maintaining statistical dashboards and automating manual data-analysis tasks to increase efficiency. Producing weekly, monthly, and program-level quality status reports for leadership.
