Position: Dental Assistant. Location: Evanston Hospital. Per Diem. Hours: As Needed 8 am to 4:30 pm M-F - What you will do:Reporting to the Mobile Dental Clinic Manager, performs various duties to assist the Clinical Director and Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Clinic. Assists staff dentist and/or volunteer dentists and hygienists in various chair side procedures. Performs clerical functions including ordering supplies, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and data entry. What you will need:Education:High School diploma. License:Driver's License Unique or Preferred Skills:Minimum of one year previous chair side dental assistant experience including familiarity with dental office software, instrumentation and sterilization and infection control techniques required. Knowledge of and experience using a computer and various computer software packages.
