Process products in strict compliance with cGMP and SOPs. Operate and maintain production equipment. Participate in all production activities, including manufacturing, packaging, punching, and pouching of products. Clean equipment and manufacturing room in compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements. Set up equipment for operation, labeling, patch and pouch inspection, and special packaging clinical studies. Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehousing. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or technical training. At least two years of professional experience with knowledge of manufacturing process is required as related to the pharmaceutical industry. In lieu of that, at least 1-3 years of working experience in another industry with demonstrated ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly. Experience with packaging in any setting - distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing. (No prior pharmaceutical or GMP/ FDA experience required, but preferred)Willingness and ability to learn new processes quickly. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Comfort using basic computer programs like Outlook. Ability to thrive in a hands-on production environment where you may be exposed to moving parts, airborne particles, and some odors. Work Environment: Production environment with exposure to airborne particles, moving parts, and odors. Carelessness could result in minor injury. Physical Demands: Majority of time spent standing, stooping and bending. Regularly required to lift and carry objects weighing up to fifty pounds. Visual acuity and manual dexterity required to operate machinery as necessary.
