The Bengals Corporate Partnership Game Day Staff members assist with the fulfillment of corporate partner activations and hospitality at each home game for the duration of the NFL season. A member of the Game Day Staff must be organized, persistent, timely, flexible, reliable, and creative. They must possess excellent time management skills and leadership qualities that are used in the overall goal of promoting positive relationships with clients, guests, and fans. Responsibilities:Under the supervision of the Partnership Activation staff, this position may be responsible for: - Gameday activation preparationso Will be asked to arrive 3-4 hours prior to kickoff (ex: 10 am for a 1 pm game) during the season to assist with game day preparationso Shift generally ends following the conclusion of the second quarter (there may be 8-hour shift opportunities throughout the season for interested applicants) - Set up and teardown of Pregame at the Banks partner activations - Set up and teardown of VIP hospitality spaces - Check in and host VI - Ps in their pre-game sideline or hospitality experience - In-game activation execution - Handling all guest complaints and addressing concerns in a timely and overtly friendly manner - Zero deviation from designated game day location assignment - Additional duties as assigned by Corporate Partnership staff Qualifications & Skills Desired: - Excellent verbal communication skills - Friendly, with patience and good humor; outgoing personality - Independent, with an ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Ability and willingness to complete moderate physical labor and stand for long periods of time - Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays Requirements for Position: - Must be able to attend all Bengals home games (preseason and regular) and special events at Paycor Stadium, including post-season NFL games, high school & college games, and concerts – no exceptions. Failure to attend a game will result in immediate end to opportunity.
