Putting dishes, silver, supplies away and working by hot equipment. Pushing/ Pulling: Average weight: Constantly. Racks, carts weighting between 1 to 150 pounds. DUTIES & FUNCTIONS: Essential: Set-up tables before opening Stock and maintain service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift Promptly clear and reset used tables Remove dirty stock to dish area Take soiled linen to the Laundry Department for laundering Basics: Attend required meetings Keep work areas clean and organized Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions.
