Plan, organize, direct, and control execution of E&I construction projects to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, and Schedule objectives. Multiple projects may be assigned concurrently. Job Description:Provides contract administration, technical expertise, and support to multiple construction projects. Assists safety department in developing and implementing the project(s) safety plan(s) and leads by example for health and safety practices and procedures. Supports other department personnel as required; may include assisting with estimates in other disciplines. Ensures the project is constructed per design, specifications, codes, budget, resources, quality, and schedule objectives. Manages project performance and assists project controls to provide performance status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule. Develop good working relationships with Clients. Identifies and manages risks and opportunities. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years experience managing E&I construction projects. Demonstrated success in management of construction projects. Working knowledge of electrical specifications, codes, and installation practices with strong technical knowledge. Ability to interpret computerized costs data and systems. Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines. Strong computer skills. Must have a stable work history. Previous management of supervisory experience. Must follow all company and site rules and regulations Required Qualifications:Estimating experience is a plus. Strong E&I background on industrial construction projects. Ability to work with others - Team player. Good communication skills. Commitment to Richard values, safety rules, and regulations. Reports to Position:This position will report directly to the E&I Construction General Manager.
