Aligns written communication efforts with overall company messaging, goals, and RFP requirements. Reviews RFP/ RFI documents to identify key requirements and ensure responses align with submission guidelines and compliance standards. Partners with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to gather input and translate technical or operational information into client-focused responses. Supports coordination of response timelines and incorporates reviewer feedback into final deliverables. Serves as a communications resource for business leaders and collaborates across various areas to support enterprise-wide selling initiatives, including partnership with senior writers on more complex responses. Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/ BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of health care specific proposal writing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:Proposal experience at a Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM)Experience working with Responsive Proposal Software. Experience interacting confidently with key stakeholders and comfortable with influencing decision-making. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties. Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to meet aggressive submission deadlines. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
