Develop, update, and maintain culturally appropriate health education materials and program content - Facilitate interactive and engaging health education programming to patients and community members - Conduct blood pressure screenings and provide basic health education to community members during outreach activities and events - Engage community members at outreach events and assist with enrollment into health education series, workshops, and wellness programs. - Ensure completion of health education pre- and post-surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and materials and accurately upload survey data into RED - Cap. - Manage, upload, retrieve, and maintain data using RED - Cap and various Microsoft applications to support program operations, reporting, and outreach activities. QUALIFICATIONS:Education - Required - Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health Education or related field. Education - Preferred - Master’s Degree in Public Health, Health Education or related field. Experience - Required - 3 years of relevant experience in health education or training facilitation to adults. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Preferred - Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
