Provide timely, welcoming and professional service to all customers at all times. Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management. Demonstrate makeup tutorials and applications to our customers and share your expert knowledge. Maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items. Operate the POS systems, cash and credit card transactions Collaborate with the team to keep our displays fresh and restock products. Participate in training and education sessions Get involved in store theme days, events, new product launches, and training sessions. Help with inventory preparation and accuracy MAC Beauty Artist Qualifications: Experience in the cosmetic field, Sales and & application 1-2 years of experience in a service-oriented environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Professional attitude, flexibility, and a positive approach to change. Availability to work 35-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Some unpacking and packing of materials when restocking supplies. Moving and setting up displays and event materials.
