Prepare for transition into a leadership role, ensuring readiness to manage associates and drive performance. Responsible for the Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) program for your department and/or location, including but not limited to self-inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE. Required Qualifications. Ability to lead and manage teams effectively to achieve operational goals. Strong skills in data interpretation and record accuracy for process compliance. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with associates and customers. Proficiency in common and proprietary software systems. Valid Driver’s License and flexibility to work in indoor/outdoor environments, including inclement weather. Willingness to work on varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel. Preferred Qualifications 3 years of management experience preferred.
