Key Responsibilities. As our Training and Workforce Development Analyst, you will work under supportive supervision to manage a diverse portfolio of training and planning initiatives:Drive Learning & Professional Development. Facilitate & Deliver: Lead engaging learning sessions and utilize presentation tools (like PowerPoint) to make training stick. Innovative Instruction: Help identify and deploy modern learning methods, including distance learning, video streaming, and hands-on workshops. Assess & Evaluate: Administer creative evaluation tools (like card sorts and management surveys) to track program success and identify skill gaps across the agency. Support Strategic Workforce Planning. Future-Proofing ODH: Assist with high-level initiatives like succession planning, competency mapping, and onboarding for critical agency roles. Data & Analytics: Track activities within our Learning Management System (LMS) and compile quarterly and annual reports on employee progress. Build Partnerships & Stay Current. Continuous Learning: Attend seminars, conferences, and training sessions to stay on top of the latest trends in organizational development. Collaborate: Network and establish educational partnerships with universities, the Department of Administrative Services, and other state agencies. What We Are Looking For.
