What you'll do. Support the Financial Center Manager in leading branch sales, service, operations, and compliance. Coach and develop team members to build a strong, customer-focused culture. Build relationships with customers and connect them with the right financial solutions. Help oversee daily branch operations and step in to lead in the manager’s absence. Resolve customer concerns and deliver a consistent, high-quality experienceSupport hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development. Represent Univest in the community and participate in local events. Qualifications What you bring. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail sales, banking, or a customer-facing environment. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to balance service and sales priorities. Comfort using technology and Microsoft Office tools. Previous banking experience and NMLS registration are a plus. Wage Range: The salary for this position starts at $56,000.00. At Univest, you’ll be part of a team that values service, growth, and community connection.
