As a Rehab & Turn Supervisor with Invitation Homes you are responsible for leading a team of Superintendents in support of meeting the company’s home rehab (i.e. remodeling) and turn operational objectives within an assigned market. This includes but is not limited the following tasks: Supporting market efforts to source, interview and hire new Superintendents that will be responsible for running home rehab and turn projects. Leading Superintendent onboarding and field training including project scoping, project budgeting, project management and quality control final inspections. Coordinating the Superintendents' Pro. Care certification process ensure they are qualified to perform resident facing interactions in accordance with company policy. Conducting periodic quality control inspections of finished projects to assess the performance of vendors and internal Superintendents. Providing day-to-day oversight of Superintendents to ensure that operations meet the company’s objectives. Supporting Rehab & Turn Manager with sourcing, vetting, onboarding and training new vendors. Ensuring Superintendents understand and follow all safety regulations and best practices. Performing other duties as assigned. Your Experience Includes. High School diploma or equivalent. OSHA 10 is required (new hires will have up to 90 days to complete OSHA 10 certification if not already certified)Proven experience in all aspects of single-family construction, renovation and/or maintenance with 2 years of supervisory experience required. Strong organizational and time-management skills; professional verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; and an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Comfortability using a tablet and general business applications (e.g. Outlook, Salesforce, etc.)Ability to perform intermediate mathematical and accounting functions as well as read and comprehend financial statements. Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions including local building codes and municipal by-laws. Must possess a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and other licenses and/or certifications as required by state law. Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis including weekends and non-traditional holidays. Extensive travel within assigned portfolio may be required. Physical requirements include:Standing, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods of time. Frequent climbing, reaching, use of fingers, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, and hearing. Ability to lift and/or move an excess of 50 pounds or more and use standard maintenance equipment as assigned. Why Invitation Homes.
