Define the Planning Vision: Create and own a 2–3 year roadmap for Comet Planning. You will drive how we evolve from plant-specific manual interventions to an autonomous, network-wide optimization engine that handles massive scale and complexity. Cross-Functional Influence & Alignment: As a Principal PM, you will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Program Management, Design, and Physical Operations. You will build consensus among senior plant leaders and global fulfillment executives, translating deep technical constraints into clear, high-impact business outcomes. Bridge Digital Logic and Physical Reality: This is a technical product role. You will translate complex mathematical constraints (labor pools, machine changeovers, batching, and ganging logic) into scalable APIs and intuitive UI workflows (Schedule. Core). Deliver for Real-World Manufacturing: You’ll be directly involved in adoption of Comet Planning in major facilities across the Cimpress network.
