Support client teams with a combination of raw data analysis and aggregation to support external reporting. Serve as an internal technical and analytic consultant to define business questions and transform data into meaningful and actionable information for a variety of customer segments. Display initiative in research beyond the specific assignment. Pursue expansion of current knowledge and skills. Meaningfully contribute to the area’s workload, considering volume and complexity. Loads, processes, and analyzes health care enrollment and claims / encounter data to support a variety of health care consulting projects. Develops a good understanding of our business model, objectives, issues, and challenges by interacting and collaborating with clients and client teams. Use database tools like SAS or SQL, to collect and analyze new data sets and support Tableau reporting. Develop and deploy Tableau dashboards that convey data supported population and health care insights. The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of Tableau experience, strongly preferred 2 years of data analysis experience, strongly preferred. Intermediate proficiency in SAS and/or SQL plus Excel spreadsheets and Tableau Broad understanding of health insurance terms and concepts Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with others. Strong aptitude for working in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Work with client teams to create project requirements and estimate the size of project work. Ability to clearly interpret data and present results to client teams and clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree
