Change Management Leadership. Develop, implement, and manage the end-to-end change management process, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT governance standards. Communications Strategy. Create and execute communication plans, leadership briefings, and materials (e.g., emails, fact sheets, web content) to support change initiatives and ensure stakeholder awareness. Change Governance & Prioritization. Review, categorize, and prioritize change requests in alignment with organizational strategy; ensure appropriate handling of standard and emergency changes. CAB/ ECAB Coordination. Manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) processes, including scheduling, agenda preparation, stakeholder coordination, and quorum management. Stakeholder Engagement. Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and end users to communicate complex technical changes in clear, accessible language. Implementation & Tracking. Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and monitoring of all change activities, including rollback plans and lifecycle management. System Integration. Partner with CTI teams to align change management processes with configuration management databases (CMDB) and related systems. User Impact & Readiness. Define downtime requirements, ensure user awareness, and support successful adoption of system and infrastructure changes. Quality & Continuous Improvement. Establish quality assurance processes and continuously improve change management practices and team deliverables. Team Leadership & Development. Lead, mentor, and develop team members; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Operational Leadership. Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and staff development in alignment with organizational policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Experience Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT communications and change management. Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ITIL, ISO 20000, COBIT). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. Advanced knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and large-scale organizational change. Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content. Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high performance. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment across all levels. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams, leadership, and external partners. Advanced presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences. High attention to detail, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Adaptable and proactive, with a strong drive for continuous learning and innovation.
