Work in Nova, Asana, Product Board, JIRA and other tools to document build steps and statuses. Work with end users and SMEs to understand enhancement and optimization requests. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Required 4-6 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 4 years of building experience as an Epic Build Analyst. Two or more Clinical oriented Epic Build Certification(s):Epic. Care Ambulatory (required) My. Chart Haiku/ Canto Care Everywhere. Preferred. Knowledge and experience in the following areas:Epic Community Connect. Nephrology and kidney care. Project scoping and management. Proficiency with the following tools:Epic tools such as Nova and Sherlock. Product/ Project Management tools such as Asana, Product Board, JIRA/ Confluence. Microsoft Office products. Project Management Certification (PMP or CAPM)TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS - Travel: Up to 25% for visits to customer practices, team meetings, conferences, and training. Nights/ Weekends: Occasional nights and weekend work needed during onsite trips and to support urgent issues.
