We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven HR Operations & Compliance Specialist to serve as the operational and regulatory backbone of our Human Resources team. This role requires an individual who thrives in high-volume, highly regulated environments and possesses deep expertise in federal, state, and local compliance standards - specifically regarding I-9 administration, document reverification, and employee record auditing.
