Mon 02:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Tue 02:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Wed 02:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Sat 02:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations. Monitor customer and associate activity to help support loss prevention efforts, assist with access control needs, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns. Assist with closing and opening activities, support crowd and line management during busy periods, and provide directions and general assistance to visitors, customers, and/or staff. Minimum Requirements:A New York State Security Guard License is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
