Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns. Monitor assigned areas for policy violations, maintenance issues, unsecured doors, and/or other conditions that could require attention, and report observations through proper channels. Support access control, crowd management, and customer assistance functions during normal business hours, peak shopping periods, and/or special events as directed by site procedures. Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
