The Director of Operations, Multi-Market Services (MMS) is a leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and organizational alignment across MMS teams. As a trusted operational leader and partner to the MMS Executive this role ensures that MMS operates as a high-performing, scalable, and integrated function, enabling growth, strong financial performance, and a cohesive, people-focused culture. Acting as a strategic and operational leader, the Director of Operations ensures that priorities are translated into execution, processes are optimized, and MMS teams are equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across markets. The position can be located in any US city, with preference for location to be a commutable distance to a HUB office. Hybrid position, up to 25% travel required. Your role. Operational Leadership & Execution. Lead day-to-day MMS operations, ensuring alignment across multi-markets, disciplines, and enabling functions. Drive operational rigor, governance, and performance management frameworks to enhance consistency and accountability. Translate strategic priorities from the MMS Executive into clear execution plans, measurable outcomes, and operational actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and scale MMS delivery models. Coordinate cross-functional execution across Market Leadership, finance, HR, IT and safety to ensure seamless operations. Lead preparation of executive level reporting, dashboards, and decision materials. Partner with Operational Excellence office and MMS leadership to consistently drive margin performance, and cost discipline across the MMS virtual P&L. Oversee GTC invoicing consistency and performance reporting. Implement and monitor operational dashboards and KPIs to provide real-time visibility into business performance. Growth Enablement Operationalize MMS’s role in enabling market growth by ensuring consistent participation in pursuit teams and in support of Business Development. Partner with BU Growth Officers and market leaders to ensure alignment between MMS growth strategy, operational capacity and market growth priorities. Oversee CRM data integrity, pipeline visibility, and reporting to support informed decision-making. Ensure pursuit support processes, including Marketing and Communications are structured, consistent, and effectively coordinated. Provide operational leadership in the preparation and alignment of MMS value proposition and go-to-market support. Identify organizational growth gaps, and opportunities, and proactively drive solutions. People Leadership & Culture. Lead and coordinate MMS people strategies in partnership with Learning and Talent Development (L TD) and Recruitment, ensuring alignment with business priorities and workforce needs. Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement across MMS teams. Oversee processes related to talent management, workforce planning, job architecture, promotions, and professional development. About you. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred .5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or a related environment. Demonstrated ability to support senior leaders with discretion and sound judgment. Strong business, financial, and operational acumen with comfort using KPIs, dashboards, and CRM tools. High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, approachable leadership style. Possess strong situational awareness and the ability to integrate data into a business context. Possess a keen understanding of people and team dynamics, and how to drive activity to achieve near and long-term desired outcomes from each. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Demonstrated operational leadership with the ability to drive execution at scale. Strategic mindset with a focus on translating vision into results. Exceptional organizational and coordination skills. Influential leader with strong stakeholder management ability.
