Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting CDF, including regulatory, risk, infrastructure, and business growth priorities. Drive end-to-end business execution across banking activities, including governance, controls, and operational readiness for new products and platform changes. Identify and mitigate operational and control risks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies Drive prioritization, resource alignment, and execution discipline across initiatives impacting banking. Develop and implement efficiency initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance scalability, and reduce operational friction across desks. Perform detailed analysis and synthesize insights on business performance, risk trends, and operational efficiency to inform leadership decision-making. Lead issue identification, escalation, and remediation efforts, including audit and regulatory deliverables across CDF - Influence and coordinate across senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and alignment on complex, cross-functional topics. Provide guidance and oversight to central team members and contribute to building a strong COO / Business Management function supporting SPG - Required Qualifications:7 years of corporate & investment banking business management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications:7 years experience supporting Structured Products platforms (e.g., CDF, ABS, MFG), including deal execution and portfolio lifecycle, Corporate Debt Finance preferred. Experience acting as a COO / Business Manager partner, driving governance, operating cadence, and execution tracking. Strong understanding of the end-to-end banking lifecycle, including booking, funding, credit, and portfolio monitoring. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced markets environment. Familiarity with regulatory, risk, and control frameworks; experience supporting audit and issue remediation efforts. Experience supporting new product launches or platform changes with a focus on operational readiness and controls. Track record of improving processes and driving efficiency across front-to-back workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to deliver insights to senior leadership. Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions. Job Expectations:This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements.
