The position primarily analyzes, designs, constructs, tests, implements, maintains and monitors ADOT's computing clients, servers, network, back office services and other enterprise IT systems throughout the state. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. Job Duties: Performs system maintenance, analysis, designs, constructs, leads projects and tests infrastructure. Administers the full range of disciplines. Reviews configuration change proposals for compliance to established standards, guidelines and policies. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of:- Thorough working knowledge of various infrastructure technologies and in-house developed applications utilized in the enterprise.- Information Technology systems (ITS), systems design, implementation, operational maintenance and management.- Process Improvement Principles.- Google Workspace. Skill in:- Strong customer service skills.- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.- Expert troubleshooting skills. Selective Preference(s): Bachelor's degree or 8 years of extensive experience in systems engineering (or equivalent experience)
