Providence is calling for Clinical Registrar - Tumor Registry - Remote Collects, compiles and maintains demographic, clinical and follow-up data on all cancer cases diagnosed and/or treated at Providence facilities in the Portland Service Area. Extracts data from all available sources including EPIC, Mosaic, and other department-specific databases. Prepares information state submission, NCDB submission and for local analysis and dissemination.
