You will be instrumental in analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and developing solutions to enhance productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall operational performance. You will collaborate closely with team members and other departments to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring workflows are as effective as possible. Primary Responsibilities. Execute as a member of a cross-functional team that can support operational needs Follow direction and implement tasks efficiently, following procedures and meeting regulatory and customer experience requirements Exercise strong judgment and make effective independent decisions when necessary. Propose practical solutions to streamline workflows and improve outcomes. Serve as primary POC and/or maintain productive interaction with operations partners. Assist with new hire / refresher training. Demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple, simultaneous deadlines with minimal oversight. Identify and solve issues within scope and escalate to management in a timely manner. Actively support and comply with team and department objectives. Assist with team administrative functions and responsibilities. Basic Qualifications. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification. At least 1 year of experience in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree or military experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and time management. Experience leveraging Google Workspace and its embedded smart features (including Gemini and Workspace Studio) to optimize workflows, create team assets, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure within evolving operational environments . years of experience in a law firm OR legal department 1 years of experience in financial services industry.
