What You’ll Be Doing Translate product features into customer value, creating clear value propositions and solution narratives for key HVACR applications Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including presentations, white papers, and training that drive adoption and growth Partner with Product Management and Vertical teams on product launches and provide market feedback to shape future strategy Lead “energy audit and solution selling” initiatives, including calculations and real-world testing with partners across selected markets Create competitive insights and sales tools, such as comparison materials and “fighting guides,” to strengthen market positioning What We're Looking For Extensive experience in HVACR with strong product marketing expertise and a track record of driving growth Solid understanding of HVACR applications and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating across teams and regions A proactive, organized, and curious mindset, with willingness to travel (approximately 40–50 days per year) What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000- $160,000 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
