The Loan Administrator II – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is responsible for independently managing a pipeline of commercial real estate loan transactions, including originations, renewals, modifications, and extensions. This role focuses on executing timely, accurate closings while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong organizationaland analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions and maintain a high level of client service. Pipeline & Transaction Management. Manage an assigned pipeline of CRE loan transactions with varying complexity. Review loan approvals to determine required due diligence, documentation, and closing structure. Coordinate directly with borrowers and internal stakeholders to obtain and validate required information. Closing Coordination & Execution. Partner with legal counsel, title companies, and escrow agents to prepare and finalize loan documentation. Review title commitments, surveys, and related due diligence to ensure proper collateral positioning. Identify and resolve issues impacting closing timelines, including title exceptions and documentation gaps. Risk & Compliance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Flood, KYC, and AML standards. Maintain complete and accurate loan files that are audit-ready. Validate documentation to ensure alignment with approved credit terms. Funding & Disbursement. Coordinate loan closings and ensure all financial components are accurately reconciled. Support loan funding, including disbursement processing and closing logistics. Post-Closing Support. Track and clear post-closing conditions and trailing documentation. Partner with Loan Servicing to address borrower needs and ensure smooth transition. Team Collaboration. Collaborate with team members and leadership to support production goals. Participate in training and development initiatives. Contribute to process improvements and operational consistency. What you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred 3 years of CRE loan closing experience. Strong understanding of real estate lending and documentation requirements. Familiarity with regulatory requirements (Flood, KYC, AML)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with accuracy.
