As an Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring patient access to our therapies by collaborating with Key Neurology Accounts and TOUCH Authorized Infusion Providers. Your expertise in reimbursement and payer access, alongside your understanding of local market dynamics, will be crucial in driving strategies that optimize patient access and outcomes. You will manage patient access strategies, oversee site of care management, and resolve complex reimbursement issues. Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure alignment and execution of tactical plans, contributing significantly to our mission and business growth. What You’ll Do:Develop and implement business plans for Priority Accounts with the matrix team. Conduct Biogen Portfolio Overviews to optimize revenue and enhance satisfaction. Deliver educational programs for providers through ARM-led and peer-to-peer sessions. Develop and implement regional infusion site strategies, ensuring policy compliance. Provide billing, coding, coverage, and clinical education and support. Resolve complex reimbursement issues and maintain access to therapies across the MS portfolio. Analyze business trends and lead regional initiatives related to patient access. Collaborate with field teams and patient services to drive access strategies. Educate the ONE Biogen team on services, solutions, and access. Who You Are:You are a strategic thinker with a deep commitment to patient access and satisfaction. Required Skills:Minimum 5-7 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience. Proven track record in field reimbursement, clinical education, or pharmaceutical sales/management. Experience navigating complex accounts and understanding FDA mandated REMS programs. Strong presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of Managed Care and patient privacy laws. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Skills:Familiarity with developing and executing regional strategies. Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives. Ability to adapt quickly to changing healthcare landscapes. Job Level: Management.
