And Duties. Provide day to day support for electrical components and assemblies used in our instruments. Troubleshoot production issues and help resolve electrical problems that impact yield or quality. Maintain process documentation – operating procedures, test specifications, test methods, component drawings, etc. Work with design engineering to improve manufacturability and reliability of electrical hardware. Support new product introductions by helping prepare manufacturing processes, test setups, and work instructions. Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, quality, and supplier teams to ensure smooth production flow. Use standard electrical test equipment to diagnose issues during builds or pilot runs. Maintain accurate documentation, including test procedures and engineering change orders. Maintains a clean and safe work area. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures. Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization. Qualifications 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production support for electrical products. Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Ability to read schematics and understand analog/mixed signal circuits. Experience using oscilloscopes, DM - Ms, and other test tools. Familiarity with PCB design software. Familiarity with lasers, photodetectors, or other opto electronic components Experience with pumps, flowmeters, or fluid handling systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross functionally. Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team setting. Preferred Qualification Experience with low noise analog circuits or sensor interfaces Exposure to microcontrollers or digital electronics. Experience in semiconductor, medical, or aerospace industries Work Environment/
