The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking to fill one (1) Human Capital Management Administrator 1 position in the Human Resources Division. What You’ll do as the Human Capital Management Administrator 1:Lead and manage the Agency’s full labor relations portfolio, overseeing complex employee discipline matters. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and Union partners, driving informed decisions on performance, discipline, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution. Act as a key operational partner and back-up to the HR Administrator, ensuring continuity across critical Human Resources functions. Oversee and continuously enhance key HR programs ensuring collaboration, clear communication, and a strong customer-focus remain central to our mission. Support and influence Agency-wide policy development to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
