A { text-decoration: none; color: #464 feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1 px solid #e 6 e 6 e 6; } tr th { background-color: #f 5 f 5 f 5; } ODH is seeking a Program Administrator to provide high-level program guidance, policy interpretation, technical assistance, and strategic support to LH - Ds across Ohio. This position serves as the Central Regional Officer, supporting the following counties: Ashland, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Knox, Licking, Logan, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Pickaway, Richland, Union. Provide direct guidance and support to Local Health Departments (LH - Ds) on accreditation, mergers, consolidation, shared services, and emerging public health needs. Serve as the primary liaison between ODH leadership, ODH staff, and LH - Ds—communicating decisions, interpreting policy, and representing leadership in meetings. Coordinate technical assistance and surge support (e.g., epidemiology, staffing, supplies) and deliver training through webinars, e-learning, and continuing-education tools. Analyze and evaluate LHD operations, policies, data, and procedures to support decision-making, process improvement, and policy development. Make recommendations to leadership based on research, input from partners, and evaluation findings; prepare key correspondence and documents. Identify funding opportunities (grants, partnerships), maintain fiscal oversight, and support program and project development. Represent ODH on committees, task forces, and coalitions; support special projects and public health initiatives. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is an exempt hourly position, with a pay range of 12 on the E 1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule.
