You'll manage front office responsibilities and receive comprehensive training to assist with basic back-office clinical tasks. ?? Front Office Responsibilities Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out Verify insurance, demographics, and collect co-pays Schedule appointments and procedures using NextGen Answer and route phone calls professionally Prepare daily deposits and end-of-day reports Confirm upcoming appointments ?? Back Office Support - We Train You! Room patients and take vital signs Assist providers and clinical staff as needed Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and organized ? Qualifications Preferred (but not required): Prior healthcare or medical office experience EMR experience (Athena preferred) Basic medical terminology Required: High School Diploma or GED Strong communication and computer skills Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment ??
