This physically demanding position is essential to the success of our restaurant. Utility Team Members are constantly moving, lifting, cleaning, and supporting both Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure operations run efficiently. Your work directly impacts the guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and service areas Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment Empty trash and recycling containers and maintain waste disposal areas Sweep, mop, and clean floors according to safety and sanitation standards Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and food preparation areas Restock cleaning supplies, paper goods, and operational inventory as needed Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries Support both Front of House and Back of House teams during daily operations Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures at all times Assist with deep cleaning projects and additional operational tasks as assigned Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous custodial, janitorial, restaurant, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays What We're Looking For Consistency and reliability Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining clean spaces Positive, team-first attitude Willingness to stay active and take initiative Attention to detail and commitment to high standards Ability to support the team wherever needed Commitment to Chick-fil-A's culture of service, excellence, and respect Join our team and gain valuable experience while helping maintain the high standards that make Chick-fil-A a trusted destination for travelers at one of the world's busiest airports.
