Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models. Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business. Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers. Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards Qualifications Customer-facing sales experience required (automotive experience is a plus!)Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Experience handling phone leads and Internet inquiries is a strong plus. Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment. Positive attitude with a high-energy personality. Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Self-motivated and proactive. Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening. High school diploma or equivalent.
